Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Bianca’s Gilded Pantry. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

• Non-returnable items: digital downloads, gift cards, and final sale items.
